Definitions

• "Platform" means the jadewin website, mobile applications, games, and all associated services accessible at jadewin.org.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jadewin Platform.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within a Player's jadewin Account.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using funds from their jadewin Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jadewin subject to applicable wagering requirements.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a jadewin Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jadewin Platform;
• You are not a jadewin employee, director, officer, agent, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Each Player may hold only one jadewin Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of all balances and permanent account closure. jadewin reserves the right to request identity documentation, proof of age, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jadewin Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jadewin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jadewin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. All activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the jadewin Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jadewin supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering verification procedures;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same Account holder;
• jadewin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jadewin targets e-wallet withdrawals within five minutes but does not guarantee processing times;
• jadewin does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

jadewin may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer, including minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately in your jadewin Wallet. jadewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All Wagers placed on the jadewin Platform are final once confirmed. Players accept that all game outcomes — whether determined by certified RNG software or physical live dealer processes — are final and binding. jadewin reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed due to a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, jadewin will apply the outcome that was in progress at the time of failure where technically determinable, or void the round where it is not. Disputes regarding specific Wager outcomes must be submitted to [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jadewin Platform:

• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials;
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities in game mechanics;
• Facilitating underage access to the jadewin Platform;
• Any activity constituting money laundering or the placement of proceeds of crime.

jadewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice and without liability to the Account holder. Winnings accrued through prohibited conduct are void and will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

jadewin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may at any time, via their Account settings, apply deposit limits, loss limits, session time restrictions, cooling-off periods, or permanent self-exclusion. jadewin operates under international gaming authority oversight and adheres to responsible gaming guidelines prescribed thereunder. Intellectual Property

All content on the jadewin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and the jadewin brand name and marks, is owned by or licensed to jadewin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any jadewin content without prior written consent. Your jadewin Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jadewin's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real money deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jadewin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the jadewin Platform. jadewin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Nothing in this clause shall limit jadewin's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

jadewin collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the jadewin Platform you consent to such collection and processing. jadewin applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data and will not sell or transfer your data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or as required by applicable law.

Amendments

jadewin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the jadewin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and such governing law as is designated by jadewin's operating licence. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be submitted to jadewin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal resolution, you may escalate to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body as specified in jadewin's licence documentation.
